Forced to see her when my doctor left the practice (I was her patient for 12 years). Looked at no history. No due diligence about me. Literally admitted to only caring about what she sees written (or not written) and shrugged her shoulders when I asked for solutions.

Absolutely the worst physician we have encountered. She took terrible care of our family member at Edwards. I would never recommend her especially since she told the family she does not care about safety, and yelled at the patient and his spouse. If you ever encounter her just know she doesn’t care about you as a patient and would rather you end up in the ER than take care of you.

She's been my PCP for many years, very thorough and patient. When I had the COVIOD19, she was very quick to prescribe the treatments that saved me from hospitalization.

Very rude & not helpful
I saw this "doctor" a few years ago when she was affiliated with the Bolingbrook Hospital. She was very rude & unprofessional. Her demeanor was abrasive from the beginning. She called me a fat, lazy American & was yelling. Her receptionist & other patients waiting in the lobby heard her. I see that she's now affiliated with Edward Hospital & Central Dupage Hospital. Makes you wonder why she went through different hospitals. I would NEVER go to this "doctor" again!

Went to her today to get a referral to a specialist. I left without anything. Very rude. Doesn't listen. Only wanted to go over medications in my chart that had NOTHING to do with the reason for my visit. I stated more than once I just came for a referral. Ended up leaving with nothing except being very upset!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very unprofessional doctor. Pathetic communication and poor soft skills. Incorrect diagnosis but does not accept responsibility. Very rude. Carries personal baggage at work. Mood swings determine her diagnosis. Focused on commercially benefiting rather than care for well being of patient. Its unfortunate that I had association with this doctor who was unabe to relieve me of my pain due to her poor medical skills, selfish attitude and not caring for patient's well being.

She seems like a nice enough doctor but we were very disappointed in her for the treatment of our elderly mother. My mother was prescribed Vesicare for an overactive bladder. In follow up, no urinalysis was done but there was an increase of dosage. Warning Vesicare causes urine retention and UTI. She ended up in the hospital with 3L of urine and a UTI. Very dangerous for a senior!

Dr. Jones dropped me as a patient because I chose not to have a mammogram done at this time. She stated that she would not receive as much ($) from my insurance, if I did not have the test. She then threatened not to refill my arthritis medication if I didn't have a mammogram. I questioned her integrity and she replied that her medical group had decided to drop any patient that did not bring in significant insurance payment. She left me up in the air as to how to get refills for my meds.
