Reliable, responsive pediatrician
Dr Chung has cared for our early teen daughters since elementary school. Her manner is direct, reliable and competent. The girls like and trust her, as do we. I'm filling out this review, only to counter the other posted which is negative and far from our positive experience. As Dr Chung is a pediatrician who only sees children, it seems likely that the negative review was posted her in error (i.e., it is a review for a different physician who practice as a GP for adults).

This is the worst GNY Facility I have ever visited. First of all I waited 4 hrs on my first and last visit before seeing Dr. Chung. Then she was very impersonal and rush me out in like 5-10 mins. The nurse who took my blood poke around my arm for about 10 mins until I got pissed. Then they set up an appointment for me to do further testing with a specialist and when I call the specialist to confirm they had no appointment in their system. They are very incompetent and irresponsible.

Dr Chung's care as a GP was impersonal and irresponsible. Several years ago she criticized my exercise routine (regular weightlifting) and implied it might be damaging my health. I had gained about 10 pounds because I had spent a year weightlifting after never doing it before. She told me she was worried about my weight without listening to me (I did attempt to explain my history). I struggled for a years with exercise until I realized the negative effects of Dr. Chung's "advice".
