After more than a DECADE!!
After seeing doctor Fortado-Clark for OVER a decade, I found out when I arrived at my appointment yesterday that my new insurance is out of network. I was told something different when I called. She came into the wait area and I expressed my concern that I would have to leave without seeing her because I had important questions about a new condition I have been experiencing. After a DECADE, she did not offer to answer any questions and basically dismissed me and walked away. She also only prescribed 30 days of my medication, which is not enough time to find a new doctor and get an appointment. I am pretty disappointed with the lack of care or concern for my well being. INCREDIBLE.

This Dr should not have a license. She does not listen to your concerns and is always in a rush to get you out of the office and make another appt. My mother went in with a life threatening infection and the Dr told her she needed to eat more fiber. Unfortunately, my mother has passed. I would not send my worst enemy to this lady!

She rushes you in and out of her office and tries to schedule you for as many appointment as she can. One time I was trying to ask her an important question and she told me we could talk about it next time and rushed me back I to reception to schedule another appointment. She’s a waste of time.

I do not trust the staff of this doctors office and I suggest you do the same. The staff is reckless and uncaring! Her staff called in a medicine I have never been prescribed by this doctor! When told this she made light of the compliant because the medicine possibly would not have caused me any harm! Find a doctor who cares! I am!

My regular doctor didn’t have any openings and I had been having terrible back pains at night so the office put me in with this lady. She pretty much dismissed me as trying to get pain killers and told me to take Advil, which I had already tried. A few days later, the pain came back, worse. I go to urgent care instead, they test me and a week later I have surgery to remove my gallbladder. This doctor is useless, incapable of empathy and should choose a different profession. Avoid at all costs.

Worthest experience ever !!! I made an appointment last week over the phone with Dr. Clark. The appointment was scheduled for today 3.15pm. I arrived at the office at 2.50pm. The lady at the front desk...already a horrible attitude...asked me for my name. Than she asked me if no one told me that I had to arrive 30 minutes earlier. I told her NO. She refused to move forward with me and told me that I had to reschedule??!!!! I mean I'm not super sick, but what if !!! And I arrived there 25 minut

When my son went from being in the care of a pediatrician to the care of a general practitioner, we had one concern, could this doctor handle adult ADD. We were assured that she did handle adults with ADD. When my son asked to get his medication adjusted, however, this seemed to be more than she could handle. Its difficult to work with her since her schedule conflicts with the time that the kid is home from college. If you're looking for a doctor that phones it in, go see this quack.
