Seemed a bit rushed at times, even though it was a virtual visit that didn't last very long. It was more of a monologue than a discussion, and I feel there was a bit lost in translation that ultimately didn't make me feel 100 percent comfortable. Not a terrible experience, but I was expecting better communication.

Used medical words I told her I don't understand she'd repeat them. Told me a knew all this info as I got biopsy results at time of endoscope. Argued I knew all this info and I wasn't allowed to interrupt her as she ran thru report. Questions at end I didn't understand all the jargon and she would just repeat the word to me. Husband was there too and felt she seemed very rushed. Read report.asked what questions I had and we were done. If report had been mailed I would have the info

I don't feel the finding of liver cysts from my recent MRI were discussed or addressed. The fact that liver cysts are not normally symptomatic should not have been a deciding factor without further diagnosis or testing. The symptoms I have align with the symptoms of liver cysts.

The doctor was quick to interrupt and I didn't feel like I could ask questions. I just got my new prescription and it's more expensive than my previous medication. Had I known, I would've chosen the more affordable option.

I came in for right side abdominal discomfort but she said left side at least 3 times after I told her right side. I got the feeling she wasn't really listening to me.

Dr was unprepared for my visit. Did not know anything about me even though I requested all info be accessible prior to visit. She read through my info in the exam room while I waited for her. Very unprofessional and "short", like I was a nuisance and a waste of time.

The provider didn't seem to want to hear out the gastrointestinal issues I was having and essentially told me I should be eating more fiber. I explained that I am a vegetarian for over 12 years and eat lots of fiber and that my concern is with urgency issues. This didn't seem to be a cause for concern for her which was frustrating because it's impacting my life quite negatively.
