Although kind, Dr. Cindy's demeanor is very stoic and you feel like cattle on a conveyer. No bedside manners, and no returned calls after several messages and a voicemail. The nurse that takes your blood is also rude.

Great practice, would be even better if they got rid of Dr. Hartley. Unfortunately my wife and I had the horrible luck of her being on call while we were having our baby. She seemed very inconvenienced throughout the labor and was ready to leave as soon as we got to the hospital. She improperly closed my wife’s c-section opening leading to infection. We had months of follow up appointments to mend my wife’s c-section wound because of Dr. Hartley’s incompetence.

If I could leave zero stars I would for the rudeness of the doctor and that the office didn't follow-up with me regarding my health issue as I was told someone would. The doctor ignored my symptoms.

Dr Hartley is a Wonderful Wise Woman! She is so professional and caring. I had an unexpected pre term labour and Dr Hartley made herself available throughout my 24 hrs of long labour. She is an epitome of patience. She was passing all positive energy and kept motivating me throughout. Had a very safe normal delivery. She is one person who goes that extra mile to give her patients the confidence all 1st first time moms need - "When Iam there, why worry?". She speaks less, but does great magic:)

Concerned, considerate, and courteous. Great at what she does and quite friendly. Delivered two of my three children. Makes patients feel very comfortable and really listens to you.

I've had a lot of pelvic pain recently and went to two other gynecologists before Dr. Hartley that just blew me off completely. Dr. Hartley did the opposite of that. She listened to me and explain my options very well. We eventually determined my problem is not gynecological and she directed me to the next kind of doctor I should see. I've been to a lot of doctors in the past and none can even slightly compare to her. Best doctor I have ever seen. She actually cares about her patients.
