Claire forgets nothing: She's a good listener. She summarizes what you've said, creates consensus and then makes a coherent action plan. Such people skills, such heart, and such good medical knowledge.

Dr Binsol is always caring and I appreciate how she looks at my health needs. She sees and hears me and I have great faith in her and her abilities to take care of me.

I had my annual checkup with Dr. Binsol. As always, Dr. Binsol was thorough and thoughtful. She takes her time and checks in on everything that might impact my physical health. I feel very lucky to be under her care.

This practice is quite rigid about billing, even when there is an insurance or HRA issue that simply needs to be worked out. Even if the bill is just a few months old and not for a significant amount they treat you as though you are trying to cheat them out of their fees. It's quite odd and something I've never experienced at other practices. Dr. Binsol herself is fine enough but not worth the hostile environment.

Normally very pleasant but I’ve had two emergency situations over the years and her reactions have not been what one would expect.The latest, I was traveling overseas and came back sick and I in a bad way and she answered emails with a one sentence response or not at all.Last year she sent me to a cardiologist after running an EKG on me thinking there might be a problem.The cardiologist told me he called to talk to her about my results and she did not call him back.He thought that was odd,me too
