Impossible to get on the phone
No one answers the phone. If you call it’s always a call back later in the day like after 5. Makes it hard to get an appointment. Sometimes you need to talk to someone about your Meds etc. Find another doctor is my advice.

Reason for leaving
I liked the staff and felt they provided good care. The reason I left was they keep paper records only. This makes it impossible for other medical providers to look up my information on my chart. Thi was particularly inconvenient when I had an ER visit and my records weren’t available.

This is NOT true about Dr Clara Pallares from 2016, I have known her for over 29 years. The statement is contradictory. "the nurse told my mother that she is the last stage of renal failure, yet she didn't tell my mother." Dr Clara Pallares is very kind, and takes all the time like you were the only one there in the whole office. NO ONE makes decisions without her approval, even when she goes on vacation. I would not go to anyone else. Mary Purple

I've always had good experiences with her and had been seeing her when my insurance went to Medicare and Humana. She saw and treated my Mamaw for years so I knew she was good. She seems to really care about her patients.

Although I now see Brittany Kirchner, Nurse Practitioner, I started out with Dr. Pallares a few years ago. She made me feel like she was going to spend a lot of time studying "me." Dr. Pallares' practice is a wonderful thing of the past with the personal attention they give me. Their focus is on their patient and I feel very lucky to call this office my home.

I tried to schedule an appointment today with Dr. Pallares and the woman who takes appointments was unbelievably unhelpful. She kept trying to tell me that they are not in network with my insurance even though I had already called my insurance company and they sent me a list of providers that are in network with them which included. Dr. Pallares name, address, and phone number. I also mentioned how I was trying to get in sometime within the next month because my insurance coverage will stop when I turn 26 next month. She told me that they needed my records sent over which would take 30 days. She answered every one of my questions in hopes of deterring me from making an appointment here. I was in tears when I got off the phone because I felt so helpless. I’m sure Dr. Pallares is a great doctor, unfortunately I won’t get the chance to find out.

The doctor does not make decisions regarding adults, mainly children. Nurse Diana Banks is controlling the doctor and office. She makes decisions which the doctor does not authorize. This nurse told my mothet she has in the last stage of Renal failure, yet she didn't tell my mother. I would never go to this office. The staff is not courteous and the nurse is unprofessional!
