I was astonished to read the other review. I have been Dr. Yong's patient for many years, and am extremely glad I found her. Yes, the wait time can be long--that is due to her thoroughness and refusal to rush through a visit. Recently having Castle take over a lot of functions made things much worse, but things are settling down. At any rate, I've seen very few M.D.s who are so pleasant, caring, and knowledgeable. I also think her staff is quite friendly and professional.

I have been having problems seeing Dr. Yong for a while, I would always have to walk in because making an appointment was difficult, but even if you have an appointment, expect to wait over an hour before finally seeing her, even if you have the first appointment because she is always running late. I don't feel she cares for people, she is always losing papers and forgetful, and her staff is very unfriendly and unhelpful.
