Poor bedside manner, communication, options
I was in for a breast biopsy on 7.18, She didn’t tell me my options, just decided to place using equipment she described similar to a stapler. My biopsy came back benign. Now I have these “staples” in my breast. It’s been over 30 days and the placed she inserted them has not healed, still bleeding. I received a letter from her office July 18, dated June 10 letting me know I need to contact my referring doc for results. She said my doc would receive results in 3 days, they got the 8 working days later - after my Dr.’s office and I contacted them several times. I’ve tried scheduling a follow up to see why it isn’t healing and is so sore. I can’t get through. I’ve been left on hold a half dozen times and left two voice mails. I haven’t heard back. Very frustrating!!!

Either the doctor had a bad day, or this is typical, but whatever it is, she was pretty high strung & wasted my time when I was called back for an abnormal mammogram. Poor people skills dealing with my case. Won't ever go back to her SimonEd Imaging. The office is chaotic. Right hand does not talk to the left hand. Incompetent dealing with people & their needs. Took 2 weeks to find out if they had the competency to do my biopsy!The whole place is stressed! They should know theimpact it had onme!
