Sterile, uninviting, and corporate feeling offices, it has the feel of an urgent care more so than the offices of primary care providers. The provider asked no personal questions or tried to discover any background that may have been helpful to them, and rather became frustrated when I tried to provide information I felt was pertinent. Impersonal interaction, showed no interest in me as a person, or even asked simple questions like "what do you do for work," which might have been relevant in a new patient appointment to establish care. Brushed aside important medical past.

Dr. Clare is always fantastic. She is supportive and understanding and listens to my concerns. Both of the front desk clerks are great, they are kind and make coming in and handling appointments and billing pleasant. The one that took my vitals before Dr. Clare came in was great also she was funny and thorough.
