Good visit
I am 66 years old pretty healthy. No prescription meds, numbers are ideal, and eat small portions with vigorous exercise every day. Had a good visit with Dr Alfaro.

No way I recommend this so called Doctor.
Rude treat you like you are a child and know nothing about your health. Terrible bedside manner, did not listen. My health deteriorating even though I saw her six times in 9 months! She insisted I come every 3 months. Would not recommend her to my worst enemy.

She is not professional at all. She does not let the patient speak nor does she take the time to review patient notes. She hangs up on video calls and won't take or return your calls.

Extremely negative. This is America. Perhaps she would better in another country, where a doctor can mentally abuse their patients.

zero stars. Don't use this doctor. Dr. Alfaro-Andrick has honked up my prescriptions so many times it is downright moronic. Her lack of attention to what she is doing has caused me stress and out of pocket money.

Dr. Alfaro-Andrick has treated me since I moved here in 2013. She has always made plenty of time for me and listened completely to me! The staff at the Rio Rancho Health Clinic are also been wonderful to me, especially in helping me find ways to get help and pay for services! I highly recommend them!

Dr. Alfaro acts as if you are a waste of her time. She was all that was available as a primary otherwise I would have gone elsewhere. On the two separate occasions that I visited her, she became visibly irritated when I told her I researched my symptoms and asked her about them. She told me there was "nothing to chase" and I was out in five minutes, leaving me wondering why I even came in. A little explanation of what I was experiencing, even if it wasn't anything serious woudl have been nice.

Doctor does not care about patients time. Leaves them waiting for more than an hour when patient has appointment. Staff is also unreliable when ask how much longer when left waiting they do not even provide an answer. Don't bother to waste your time with this inconsiderate doctor and staff.

The appointment is impersonal. Now, I can deal with that. What I can't deal with is waiting months to get a referral from her office.

In my experience she says I don't know a lot. Nothing she prescribed for me improved my symptoms long term. During my last visit I was feeling terrible and I feel that she did not connect the dots to see the possibility that the medication could be the culprit of my symptoms. In short I told her I was going to the ER. As I walked out of the exam room I told her I would not be seeing her again. In the hall she said, Fine, go to the ER! Jesus! There is no quick fix! I kept walking.
