Dr. Claudine Cafferata, DDS

If I could give 10 stars I would!! Dr. Cafferata removed four of my impacted wisdom teeth. As an anxious person I was nervous and apprehensive about going. She was FABULOUS as were her entire staff. Not only did she remove all of my teeth, she was kind, caring and gentle. The follow up and sincere calls to check on me were unlike any dr. I have experienced. Her staff were professionals and the post-of care information she provided was extremely helpful. If you need to have oral surgery - you must see Dr. Cafferata!!

When I arrived told waiting room was closed, I should go down three floors to fill out forms. Forms font so small hard to read. Waited 1.5 hours, half hour in chair, to be told Doctor would call me. 48 hours latter no call. Called office twice to ask for call back and told Doctor very busy and would call me back. No call back.

I was very anxious about going to an oral surgeon but Dr. Cafferata and her staff were so patient and understanding. The office is beautiful and immaculate. I cannot recommend Dr. Cafferata enough!

I went to Dr Cafferata’s office for a consultation at the request of my new dentist. I was skeptical to say the least. Well her staff was professional and extremely kind and understanding. They made sure I knew what my insurance would pay before I had any work done. I went in for my surgery and Dr Cafferata had a wonderful light touch making sure I was comfortable throughout the surgery and offered me the opportunity to do the entire surgery at once since I was tolerating it so well. The staff stayed with me from the minute I got in the chair until I finished my recovery to make sure I was comfortable and tolerating the medications and before I left, they made sure I had little ice packs for both sides of my face. They went over my instructions and handed me a bag with the written instructions and gauze. I cannot say enough good things about the entire office, but a big thank you to Dr Cafferata for her skill and demeanor, she has a wonderful bedside manner to put you right at ease.

I had a 1:00 PM appt and asked to arrive at 12:30. I recd a call at 10:15 AM asking if I could come in now. I arranged coverage. With my boss and I arrived at 10:30 AM and sat in the waiting room until 12:00 having seen multiple patients go inside. There was no explanation given/offered to me so I told Gina at the desk that I had to go back to work. I’ve spent nearly 35 years in Healthcare and this type of treatment is not acceptable. A most forgettable experience. I’ll find someone else to pull my tooth.

Had to get wisdom tooth removed due to impaction. I was taken for my appointment early and was treated with respect and kindness by the staff upon arrival. No one wants to go to the dentist or a surgeon for that matter but Dr. Cafferata made the experience a good one. She was kind, gentle, knowledgeable and compassionate. Her and her staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. I would highly reccomend this doctor to anyone who needs an oral surgeon and I will 100% be back if need be.

In June 2018, I had to have 2 molars pulled. Dr. Cafferata explained the procedure in detail, patiently answered my questions, and checked in with me constantly during the procedure as to how I felt. She called the next day to see how I was doing. Her beside manner is gentle and caring. Her staff are pleasant and always smiling. I had the follow-up appointment recently to have two implants inserted and received the same excellent service; no pain. I highly recommend her.

YIKES!!! Oh no...I have to see an oral surgeon! Does that sound familiar? That was me, until I met Dr. Cafferata!!! Dr. Cafferata has become my "angel from heaven"! When all the other doctors told me I "wasn't a candidate for implants" Dr. Cafferata said "yes we can"! And, yes she did! Dr. Cafferata is compassionate, kind, patient, talks you through the procedure from the beginning to the end. All along, making sure you are comfortable, pain free, and puts all your jitters to rest!! Kathleen

I have been a patient of Dr. Cafferatas for gosh, about 10 years I want to say (give or take) and she is not only amazing at what she does, but she has great bedside manners, and is always always always checking up on me and making sure that at any hour of the day, including her weekends, and no matter how busy she may be (and we all know she is very very busy) she makes sure that every single one of her patients is treated with the utmost care and respect.Spectacular doctor who I trust immensly

I had an abscess in my upper tooth area with swelling which in turn was causing discomfort in the area of the cheek & orbital bones. The tooth needed to be extracted but first the abscess needed to be remedied. This was completed by Dr. Cafferata, DDS Oral Surgery without discomfort, during or after the process. I was able to attend a wedding and participate in all of the festivities two days later on the weekend; then two days after, I had the tooth extracted again without discomfort.

Dr. Cafferata extracted my daughter's 4 wisdom teeth today. She was very compassionate and explained the procedure well to my nervous 17 yr old and me. I felt very confident in her skills. The office is immaculate. The Dr. and her staff (Gina and Angela) were great. Checking in with an ipad was quick. Highly recommend Dr. Cafferata

Highly recommend!!! I had 3 wisdom teeth extracted at Garden City Dental Implants. Dr. Cafferata and her team made me feel comfortable from the very start. Dr. Cafferata was very clear with explaining the procedure beforehand, telling me what to expect throughout the operation and afterwards during recovery. I chose to have local anesthesia and Dr. Cafferata was sensitive to my any discomfort. Though I was nervous at first, I had a very positive experience, thanks to her and her wonderful staff.

Top Notch Pro, no worries when you go to Dr. Cafferata. I had my first extraction since childhood and it went like a breeze. The professional staff assistants made me feel relaxed and ensured I was comfortable throughout my procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Cafferata to all.

I had been treated before by Dr. Cafferata and been extremely impressed, so it did not surprise me that her treatment this time was superb. She installed my implant with no pain to speak of . I am on blood thinners and there was not bleeding at all...All of the doctors at this practice are super, but this lady treats her patients like its her family could be better at patient care.Virtually no discomfort at the implant site, with perfect healing...How much better could it get then that??
