Dr Clinton Phillips

My wife was in the ER at UT for uncontrollable jerking in her arms and legs, after a 12 hour wait in the ER we finally got to to an ER room, and after another 4 hour wait we got to meet Dr Phillips, and within the first 20 minutes of talking with Dr Phillips we realize that our wait was worth the time spent at UT. He listens to you and hears what you say, his visit with us lasted about 1 1/2 hours unheard of in a hospital setting, not only a great Dr but a great person with a fantastic attitude. Hope to continue seeing him as necessary!!!!
