Professional and informative.
I am not a direct patient of Dr Thome, but as a patient of the Pain Management Clinic, I see another provider who directly has me see Dr Thome for my injections. Today I had a never block. He has always treated me respectfully, walks me through step by step what he is doing and is good at calming my nerves. His staff is delightful and the atmosphere is pleasant for what us patients are enduring.

Care as it should be
I have been a patient of Dr. Thome's for the last 6 years. He is thorough, caring, informative and very knowledgeable. He truly wants the best outcome for me. Dr. Thome takes his time explaining options and listens to my needs as well as gives his own advice. I would recommend Dr. Thome without hesitation.

Stay away!
Was not helpful. He never asked what does pain management look like for me. He sat across from me the entire time and bulldozed the conversation the entire time. I was never even examined while in the room. And at the end of my appointment he said this is your only option! Then he stood up and walked out. It was so terrible and embarrassing. Don’t see him if you want help.
