Doc Choate and his staff
I'm caregiver for my mom who is 92 and I'm turning 65 this year, so it's a learning process. The doc and his staff give me lots of support, both professionally and personally and it would be a lot harder without them.

Incredibly Proficient, Professional, yet SINCERELY concerned with your physical discomfort and symptoms of distress. He treats each patient as if they were his own (liked) family members. Thoroughly listens and carefully evaluates what the patient says...AND encompasses non-verbal messages. My first visit, basically for an URI, he inquired why I was continually massaging my painful neck. My husband and I are sooo saddened by the retirement of the incredible PA DONNA COBB. However, we are very grateful we found and can be under the care of PA CODY CHOATE. We DON'T feel like a patient count for him, nor his entire clinic. His good character, genuine concern for his patients is utterly IMPOSSIBLE to simply be a show. My beloved hubby and I thank Our God for sending us to him and this "FAMILY CLINIC!"
