Dr. Colette Haag-Rickert, MD

I saw Dr. Haag-Rickert for ~4 years, during which time I had experiences that started as cold, but average, and quickly became uncomfortable, disrespectful, and frustrating. Dr. Haag-Rickert refused to do follow up, she/her staff would never call about test results or other concerns that occurred during appointments. Her bedside manner is horrendous, she is cold, she doesn't ask questions, and she doesn't care about addressing concerns or problems. I had a problem, which resulted in her eventually (after multiple visits) scheduling me for a procedure that she improperly explained [ultrasound and internal ultrasound are very different]. After the procedure, she indicated that the information gained was useless, and after I reiterated the problem, she said it was the incorrect procedure and it never would have provided helpful info. I said I didn't want to pay for it and wanted to discuss it, but the staff sent me to collections instead, ruining my credit. They rarely called back.

I will never EVER go see this doctor ever again. She is so rude and so condescending. She is a robot with NO emotions. I went in for a biopsy that was never explained to me and I was very very scared. When I expressed my emotion and said how SCARED I was she ignored my concern. She told me i was "clearly not ready for this and should come back when i have a BETTER MIND SET" I left the office in absolute tears, NEVER SEE THIS DOCTOR!

I have found Dr. Haag-Rickert perfectly fine with basic appointments and paps. However, after years of pain and trying to find a diagnosis, I’ve found she has little to no empathy for patients having a difficult time with their diagnosis. If you cry or show any emotion she will most likely suggest you “see someone to talk about that” or “do some yoga”. I found this very insensitive and just left feeling even more terrible about myself, on top of being diagnosed with PCOS. I thought this might be an isolated incident but it wasn’t. If you have any kind of anxiety or emotion I would find a different Dr.

I was very pleased with the care I received from Dr. Haag-Rickert and her partners. I had previously been going to a bigger practice and found that Dr. Haag-Rickert's smaller group provided much more personalized care. I feel like they all really know my medical history and care about me as a person.

Very good doctor. She took great care of me and I loved her office too!

She was so helpful when I was going through a difficult miscarriage - Both she and her office staff took great care of me.

Dr. Haag-Rickert was great. She really listened to my concerns and took the time to explain all my options.

Awful doctor! I met with her during my second pregnancy and told her about how my first pregnancy resulted in a stillbirth. She told me that was a "sad story" and that I should get on some mood pills or do yoga because I had a lot of weeks in this pregnancy left and the anxiety wouldn't get any better. I left the office in tears due to her insensitivity and rude comments. She offered no comfort or reassurance at all. I will NEVER see her again.

She has been my doctor for many years and I think she is great. She takes her time with me explaining what is going on. Never had an issue with her or her office.

Terrible!!!!!!! Do not see her! She is sooooo beyond rude! Terrible person! Idk how good of a doctor she is but I only went to see her once and ran out of there as fast as I could!

I was treated as if my illness was an inconvenience to her.... she is a robot. Has no feelings. She does not see you as a human being. I was always sitting at least an hour waiting to se her. Never did anyone apologies for all my wasted time! She has no interest in knowing you or feeling with you. She is very cruel, I only saw her 3 times and cried every single time.

I Agree With Everyone. Happened To Me B4 When Nurse With Her. And She Checked On Me But I Was Little Scream It Was Hurt. Nurse Told Her "Stop" My Gosh She Had To Be Careful. She Said "It Could Period Gone When You Will Be 52 Years" WoW I Told Her No True. Last July 2016 My Doctor Dr. Timothy Fitzpatrick Told Me Period Will Be Gone 3 Months Or 1 Year" She Said "Oh I See" WoW I Still No Trust Her. I Don't Want Her My Doctor. I'm Scary Of Her Happen Me Again. I Decide To Transfer With New Doctor.

I've been a patient of this offices for years. Brought my 17 year old daughter to her since Dr. Fitzpatrick was retiring. She barely spoke to her. Never explained what she was doing. My daughter had never had an exam before. She was very condescending and talked over her. She prescribed a totally new medication and never explained it or told her what it was called. Never updated her current medications for other conditions and never spoke to me. Awful bedside manner. Never again

I will not trust her any more for her decision. She does not follow patient's concern. Unreachable .
