Cannot get in touch
I paid $100 through QuickMD yesterday and did my appointment. I was told my prescription would be sent right away and she was understanding of my situation. However, the pharmacy states nothing has been sent over. It has been absolutely impossible to get in touch with any customer support or the physician herself. I have emailed many times over the last 24 hours. She said she was new and a mistake was made and she sent it at 630pm yesterday. I called and checked before the pharmacy closed at 8 and I had to go another night without any help. I woke up and called the pharmacy at 8am and nothing. I emailed support nothing. I went to the pharmacy before their lunch from 12 to 1 and nothing. They need the doctor to call it in but I have no way to get ahold of her. I am in extreme pain and am worried I will have to suffer the whole weekend because the pharmacy closes at 7pm. Please help!
