Dr. Tobe-Donohue was exceptional in every way.

Best doctor that I've had. Dr Donohue is very thorough and has excellent bed side manners. She puts me at ease when we discuss my health. I've moved my care to her each time she's moved practices. Id recommend her to anyone in need of a caring doctor.

I like the patient portal. She is responsive on there. If you need a Dr to call in meds when you have a virus, she is good at that. When I went for serious issues, she only documented 1-2 symptoms, said I was taking too much of a med (documented incorrectly), and focused the visit on that, not what I told her. She referred me to cardio. She didn’t follow up. I did, and after some back-and-forth, I learned she had no notes about my severe symptoms. I felt blamed for her mistakes, not believed, not listened to. I told her, said I didn’t know how I could go back to her as my physician, and I was desperate for help. I was trying to find another PCP when finally a specialist listened and believed me. But, they said I needed another type of specialist, which required a PCP referral. The specialist asked Dr. D. to help me bc something was “seriously wrong.” But, Dr. D would not see me as a patient anymore, even just to send a referral.

Dr. Donohue takes the time to understand the needs of her patient. She suggests and follows through with appropriate referrals. I've never felt more comfortable with a PCP. She and her staff have been wonderful. She has my full confidence and recommendations.

My Endocrinologist has had me on on compounded thyroid medication for hypothyroidism for over 10 years along with my normal thyroid meds. During my first visit with Dr. Donohue, she came into the room to meet me, looked over my medications list of only two prescription drugs, and then she proceeded to sternly chastise me, telling me that the thyroid medication my other Dr. had me on was a horrible medications and that if I didn't get off of it immediately I would ultimately have a stroke or heart attack and die!! She told me she could help me get off of the medication but that it would be a long hard road and I would feel awful. Her delivery was harsh and abrupt. The most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a Dr.

I have never left a doctor’s appointment feeling so distraught in my life. Dr. Donahue would not let me speak and was very condescending. It took me over a year to even get the courage to even see another doctor.

I still have to warn ppl about this dr. When I went I had a lot wrong with me and bc I kept calling her for help, she said i was harrassing her staff. They don't care, please don't go.

The absolute worst and most devastating experience I have ever had with a doctor. She never darkened the door of the room and stated it was because my BP was high and called in prescription. Never asked why all of a sudden is your pressure high, what’s going on, etc. Extremely judgmental. I was very, very disappointed in her behavior and lack of empathy or simple concern a doctor should have for patients.

Dr Donahue was unprepared for my first time patient visit even through my records had been forwarded to her. Also I felt she was unsure of her medical knowledge and would send you to specialists for most services. After these two things were apparent to me, I opted not to continue with my appointment.

Very nice doctor, but the reviews about her referring you to other doctors are completely true. I was told to speak to my allergist when I contacted her when I was sick with something completely unconnected. I gave the benefit of doubt It took about a year for me to leave but after the previously mentioned incident I am now looking for a new doctor.

Staff has positive outlook across the practice. They run ON TIME. They do not rush through their responsibilities but they take time to ask and answer to ensure a good outcome to the appointment. This is not seen often enough in healthcare today.

It went well. She is good to talk to, and seems interested in your issues and wants to help you.

Her office staff is efficient, friendly and caring. Dr. Donahue listened to my concerns. She described a plan and made sure I understood and agreed. She presented some ideas I hadn’t thought of. She is very smart. Very personable!

I have seen Dr. Donohue several times. I have found her to be very knowledgeable and kind. She actually cares about your health. I never felt rushed and she has always answed all my questions. I recommend her highly to anyone needing a kind,caring physician.She is great.

Initially I couldn’t find the location but staff quickly directed me to the location upon calling. I had a fairly long wait but the MA quickly apologized for them running late. I found Dr Donohue and her staff to be professional but also personable. She was interested in my background and my concerns and spent plenty of time getting to know me and my history before offering suggestions and education. She even followed up after my appt about a previous specialty consult that same day. Great doc!
