Hip replacement surgery
I was looking for the newest technique for hip replacement and did some research. I also saw two other orthopedic doctors. Dr King blows away the competition. We liked him immediately, he didn’t rush through anything, gave us lots of information, is enthusiastic and encouraging. As nice as Dr King is, he’s also very proficient with a less invasive surgical method. His bedside manner is great, he’s supportive and responsive. He came to check in with me in the hospital, and even made changes to my medication so my husband was able to get it before discharge. His office sends daily texts to coincide with your recovery, that takes a lot of the worry out of the equation. We would recommend Dr King to anyone who wants to have old fashioned treatment, with the latest surgical techniques for joint replacement.

Orthopedic Gift to central Oregon
Dr King is an extraordinary surgeon who has the patient’s well being at the center of his practice. His detailed specificity in both preparation for surgery plus the encouraging daily text messages following surgery are extremely helpful. (Apologies if this is a duplicate.)

total hip replacement
Dr King is in my opinion the best hip surgeon in Bend Oregon. From initial visit to post op visit he or his team cannot be faulted. My surgery was November 22nd at around 3pm.However a word of warning be careful of who your anesthetist is. I had Dr Noah Heibrum. He could not have cared about me less. I woke up in the most pain i have ever been in as my spinal block had worn off too early. He never stayed with me to help with my pain and I have never heard from him since ,even though I made my position clear to Dr KIng.I did not think this happened in America in todays day and age. Absolutely disgraceful.I will be contacting his group to start an inquiry into how this happened. I don't hold out a lot of hope as Medical people cover each others back.

Best Orthopedic Surgeon in Bend, OR
How do you know which Orthopedic Surgeon to trust? I researched, by searching “Google Scholar” for medical literature on the newest thinking for my TKR procedure. Armed with some of these facts I asked different Orthopedic practices and docs if they would / could use the latest techniques I learned about. In Bend, only Dr. Connor King was willing. He is a young guy, so it made sense he was willing.. eager even. The older docs in Bend, not at all. Unexpected was the text followup tech he employed. The peace of mind, and the encouragement from it had me almost completely recovered in 6 weeks. He, and his team, are brilliant, competent and extremely caring… You can trust Dr. King with your new knee or hip, like no other in town. Alan C

Great physician and surgeon!
Dr. King listens, gives all relevant information, and answers questions. My total knee replacement healed quickly and the scar is quite minimal.

Total knee replacement
Dr. King and Julia were the best ever. From the first moment I met them they were so kind and compassionate, I knew they cared, my 30 yr old son who was one of my coaches and had knee surgery, saw it also. Words cannot express how grateful I am to both of them and so sad my success means I won't be seeing them for 10 more months. Dr. King took me hardly being able to walk to feeling normal in no time. I wish I could keep them for my other issues, they are going to be a hard team to beat. I had a wonderful PA and surgeon in the same office. Dr King made sure everything was good with me before surgery, in recovery, and called before he left for Thanksgiving weekend to make sure I was taken care of and that Julia would be there for me if I needed anything over the weekend. Wow, another way to show he cared and that I was not just a knee on the table. Dr. King sent text that were sent throughout the recovery, a nice read since they kept things in order of what was happening and links to
