The wisdom teeth surgery itself went fine however they didn’t explain anything to me at all. Developed a dry socket because they didn’t tell me to stay away from carbonated drinks. Asked for a water syringe to clear food out but they said they didn’t have them. any time i called and asked questions the girl on call seemed like she was annoyed i was calling. now that i have a dry socket they won’t do anything to help me. i don’t normally complain but i would never EVER send a friend or family to this office. absolutely disgraceful.

I had a wisdom tooth extracted . I sat down, got a local anesthetic , the tooth was pulled and in a total of 10 minutes, I was done! Wonderful experience! Highly recommend.

Took 10 minutes to pull two teeth. one being a wisdom tooth. He did lots of very fast injections, worst I've ever had. My cheek is all cut up and the roof of my mouth was scratched. Staff there are very friendly and helpful. I don't know why he was so rushed, but it was a very unpleasant experience.

Making contact & scheduling a consultation appointment for surgery and implants for a new bridge was very easy. The staff was polite, confident and knowledgeable. Dr. Partridge was kind and took the necessary time to explain why & what he recommended doing & giving us time to ask questions as well...he was cost conscious and "if" I needed a 5th implant, he would throw that in at no charge which was very much appreciated as implants are not cheap. The office was clean, the waiting room experience wasn't long AND most of all my son who is my second set of ears (I'm hearing impaired), advisor and takes me to invasive & distant appointments was allowed to go in with me which was not the case at another surgeon's office and he had to wait outside in the parking lot. Definitely would recommend Dr. Partridge and his staff.

I had a very good experience three days ago having my extraction. Dr Partridge and his entire staff all appeared knowledgeable and friendly. Dr Partridge works fast in a clean and comfortable office. He numbed me well and when I still began to feel a little bit of the deep root being extracted, he gave me another shot quickly and I did very well. I would recommend going to Dr Partridge. He prescribed me pain pills which I barely needed to use and since tomorrow is DEA National Take Back Day, I recommend dropping off extra pills if you don't need them. Personally, I dropped my extras off at a Walgreen's in New Castle last evening. Be safe everyone !!!! Thank you Dr Partridge and staff for your professionalism. (if you are reading this) --Laura

I had an emergency follow up extraction, which my anxiety was pretty high. I had called that morning and was able to get in that afternoon. Dr. Partridge, dental assistants and staff were truly amazing. One of the dental assistants held my hand during procedure, which made it truly more comforting. That speaks volumes! I even had a follow up call today, and they were able to make sure I had everything I needed. I would highly recommend this place and the team for anything needing done. Very professional and down to earth staff. Thank you all!

Dr . Partritdge is the best! He's gentle and nice and very professional an made feel at ease ! I highly recommend him!

Dr. Partridge made me feel at ease about a decision that was difficult for me to make. He is cost-conscious which is always helpful for a new patient and he is very empathetic to a patient's needs. I would highly recommend him. There is also country music playing overhead, so you can't go wrong there.

He is a pro and knows what he's doing. And he has fun.
