Dr. Craig Brown seemed great, Staff not so much
My appointment back in July 2023 went great. They scheduled my next appointment for November. Then I got a voicemail that the doctor was not going to be in the office for my appointment, so rather than scheduling me with another provider on that date they moved my appointment to Jan 2024. So, I would need TWO 90-day prescriptions sent in prior to my next appointment so I wouldn't run out. I called THREE times, 3 days apart to see about getting my medication. You can never reach a person, so you have to leave a message that is never returned. I called today to find out the status of my prescription, so I had to get to the front desk to find out anything. The lady told me it was called in but only for a 30-day supply. So, I called the pharmacy, and they told me that it WAS NOT called in at all. I left another message with the medication refill desk but still have not heard back. I don't know now if I need to find another doctor.

I've always thought a smart doctor who really loves what he does is a good doctor to have. Dr. Brown is top notch in listening to the patient, asking pertinent questions, diagnosing the problem, and mapping the way forward in a clear, caring way. I felt like royalty while he called in my prescription and his wonder nurse took care of scheduling my next appointment. As a new patient, I couldn't be more pleased.

I had a very unexpected serious medical emergency. Dr Brown was one of many specialists that treated me during this time. I would recommend my closest family member to Dr. Brown. At all times I felt 100% safe and completely under the best medical care for my medical issue.
