Awful
Do not recommend at all. Dr. Gross was not thorough in listening to the patient. Did not explain things well. He also yelled at the patient very rudely multiple times. Absolutely horrible experience.

It was the worst visit in my life. He is incredibly unprofessional and lacks interpersonal skills how anybody would employ this guy in itself is a mystery. Beware all who he enters

Very unprofessional service. No customer service at all. Especially with Carmen Garcia who has a horrible attitude and is not professional at all. Nobody cares about her personal life. Does the whole world needs to know what is going on her life? She was super loud, nasty and who doesn't belong there. What is she doing there if she is not willing to help the patients, return phone calls, etc. Get another job Carmen. You don't belong there!!!!

Traumatizing. I have never been so disrespected and treated so horribly by a doctor before. He doesn’t listen, dismisses anything you have to say and is so condescending. He caused me to have a full on anxiety attack and I literally cried the whole time I was in his office and after I left. If I wasn’t currently having so many GI issues I would have left and never returned. Do yourself a favor and find a different doctor

Wonderful in every way. Treated me twice and my husband once. Will continue with him as long as he practices. We do our research before we commit to a MD. He is great - seems the bad reviews are not directed at him but isdues with the patients themselves.

I had a colonoscopy today. One of the least favorite procedures. However, my experience with Dr Gross was, without a doubt, the easiest I have every experienced. I was made comfortable on the gurney, on my side, connected to an IV. The next thing I was knew was opening my eyes and Dr Gross was standing at the foot and assuring me everything was normal. I had no after effects of the anesthesia. I am still in awe!!!

When I saw Dr Gross years ago I wish I could have left feedback like this. This is my warning...if you are slightly overweight prepare yourself to be blamed for your gastric issues solely on that. He made me feel so bad I cried home. Horrible doctor.

This man is horrible! I am legal guardian and medical POA for a 60+ woman with seizure disorder and dementia. I took her in for colonoscopy consultation and brought all legal paperwork so I could participate. I was refused to enter the doctor's office during the consultation. Only when consultation was over could I see the doctor. Dr Gross yelled (yes!) at me for requesting participation in consultation. Patient could not remember a word of the consultation. I cancelled all further appointments.

Dr. Gross was the worst GI I had ever had. I will admit that the only time I saw him was a few years ago but the experience was so traumatic I wanted people to be warned. I went in for an initial appt. and came out of the office crying and was too upset to drive home for hours. He was a rude individual who had no interest in what I was saying except to tell me that I was overweight. Anything I said re: symptoms and pain came back to my weight. It was awful. I never went back

The doctor was nice but the staff was not very friendly and the way the conduct business with helping out financially with the insurance company is horrible. I did notify my insurance company as well and let them know how disappointed I was with this company. You should double check with reviews before you go here.
