First visit was such a pleasure. Dr Moore had scheduled an entire hour for me! He went over all my meds and current medical issues thoroughly, adjusting medicine and dosages. Additionally, he was very informative and understandable. I am very glad to have made the change in provider.

Dr. Moore abruptly and without explanation dropped my wife and I as patients after only 3 months. In that time he and/or his staff routinely referred us to specialists who weren't covered by our insurance. One staff member told my wife they had no way of knowing whether a provider was in network or not, suggesting either near total incompetence or lack of concern.

Dr. Moore has been my family's doctor for the past 23 years. He has always been completely thorough and informative, never hesitating to set-up lab work or testing. If referrals to specialists have been necessary, his recommendations have always been to exemplary doctors. Dr. Moore has a sincere concern for his patients well-being.

I called my insurance's nurse line about some worrisome symptoms, and they told me to call the on-call Dr. right away. I called Dr. Moore (on call Dr. at the time), no one answered, and left a message. An hour and a half later, no one had called me back yet. I called again and Dr. Moore answered very rudely and after talking got the impression he had already listened to my voicemail and had ignored it. What a stand up guy. He was also very condescending. I would never recommend him as a Dr.
