Awful Front Desk Staff
• I was diagnosed with hypertrophy and was granted an authorization for surgery consultation with Dr. Craig Owens by my primary care physician. • Dr. Owens’ front desk staff was ill-informed and overreaching by deeming me “not medically necessary because [I] don't have cancer” and hung up, without speaking to a medical professional first. • A receptionist should not be making diagnoses nor should she be treating patients this way, inappropriate and dangerous.

Great visit!
Having gallbladder issues that got worse after getting an infection. Dr Owens was terrific! He spent over an hour going through my case. Very thorough and very caring, along with a very caring staff. I highly recommend Dr Owens!

Dr. Owens is a nice but quiet man; however, his diagnosis contradicted the other doctors. I think the other doctors were right so not sure what was going on except he thought I had something different. Didn't have a chance to ask him cuz someone else came in the hospital room so maybe my case was not his specialty.

Dr Owen's saved my life. He is the most caring and concerned doctor I have ever had. I wouldn't be alive today if not for him.

I don't think i have had anyone at level of Dr. Owens. My situation was a little complex and he took the time to answer and questions I had. He was honest, but his confidence made me sure i was making the right decision. I came out of a difficult surgery and quickly returned to a normal life. He came in my room everyday to check on my after. Even on Saturday and Sunday. Tell me who does that any more? Dr. Owen saved my life twice. Long story, but Thank God for Dr. Owens
