The worst physician experience I have encountered in my life! I am 49 years old. Arrogant, Incompetent and not patient oriented. Took a lunch break while I was waiting for 1.5 hours for a biopsy. Zero empathy, not patient centered and completely unprofessional. Did not even introduce himself. My husband requested to have records pulled from registration to see who was treating me. When I questioned the wait time Craig Silverman (I will not give him the privilege of Dr) stated I was "LUCKY" because most of his "1pm patients are not seen until 2pm." Direct quote. I am so thankful I knew to trust my instincts and get out of there! Baptist Health better get on top of this. Your reputation is being ruined at Boca Regional. I would not return if it were the last standing hospital. My husband runs one of the largest healthcare systems in the country (sadly not in Florida Markets) and we will certainly advocate for our Palm Beach County community to ensure this does not happen to you.
