Dr. Craig Thomajan, DPM

In Jan 2020, I used Dr. T for bone fusion surgery. Upon my first step, I knew something was painfully wrong. Dr. T was unable to diagnose the problem that existed post-surgery as 'all the xrays look good'. He would build new orthotics (about 6 in total) to solve the pain. Due to intense pain, I sought other help. It took 3 more doctors, 2 EMGs, several MRIs and 2 more surgeries to find out: the surgery needed to be redone, my leg's neurological system is irreparably damaged, the nerves between the toes were bound up in scar tissue, the foot’s sesamoid bones were damaged (redo surgery allowed them to heal). I’ve waited 4 years to write this review ensuring I was finished with corrective surgeries. Dr.T was a nice man to work with; however, he did not work to resolve the issue that new orthotics weren’t solving. Neither did he refer me to other doctors when he saw that something had gone wrong that he was unable to diagnose. I now walk with reduced pain and limited shoes options.

Dr. Thomajan is extremely attentive and knowledgeable. He and his staff are wonderful to be around. I have a wound on my foot that will not heal, and we tried everything to keep from doing surgery. He finally gave me the choice to have surgery or not. Went through all the pros and cons and he let me make the informed decision. I am a registered nurse and I have been around a lot of doctors, and he is extremely professional. He is also very good at making situations seem not so scary. He has a great way of saying 'we got this.' In my mind as a patient that is extremely helpful.

I first went to Dr. Thomajan during COVID . That he was there and so helpful was such a relief. Since then, they fit me in when I am in immediate need and he always takes the time to explain what has happened, not just treat the complaint. Beyond that, he advises about what to do going forward to try to avoid flareups, but always assures me that I can come anytime I need to. All doctors are busy now but I feel like he sees me as a person and he's always cheerful - can't help feeling better!

The orthodontics never helped me. after 3 different sets and broken promises I left. All they care about is getting people in to make money. Although he is a very nice person , being nice however isn’t effective

Saw Dr. Thomajan for painful and numb foot. A Dx of tarsal tunnel was made and was given very good information on conservative treatment. After 3 months of conservative management I choose to try a custom orthotics. Although expensive it made all the difference in the treatment of the numbness.

I saw Dr. Thomajan for the first time this morning. Both he and his staff were excellent. The young lady who took my preliminary information was thorough. Dr. Thomajan explained everything that was going on with my foot, and then went on to talk about what we were going to do about it. I highly recommend him.

After several years of amazing care by Dr. Thomojan and team I finally got the nerve to have surgery to remove the extra cartilage on my foot. The team was exceptional, from the first pre-op appointment where they explained the process and what to expect in detail, to the prep consults and post-op care I felt so well cared for and in the midst of a pandemic nonetheless. I cannot say enough about this team and Dr. Thomajan's surgical and professional skills.

Dr Thomajan is an exceptional nice doctor. His bedside manner relaxed me immediately. He was very thorough in his examination.

I highly recommend Dr. Thomajan. He is extremely knowledgeable and always has the patients best interest. I recently had a partial ankle reconstruction and Dr. Thomajan was amazing. His skill and expertise is incredible. He is very efficient and very focused. My surgery was very successful and I had very little pain which is amazing considering all the work that had to be done to my ankle. Dr. Thomajan's office staff is also wonderful. They took care of all my insurance needs. I had mounds of paperwork from my insurance company and they made sure that my surgery took place at a in network facility. Dr. Thomajan has without a doubt improved the quality of my life. I can't say enough about this amazing doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Thomajan

Dr Thomajan removed a sliver of glass from my foot that had been in there for several months. The staff were efficient in taking X-rays and Dr Thomajan removed the glass successfully. No pain at all during the procedure.

I had a great experience with Dr Thomajan. I didn't end up needing surgery, but he was able to quickly assess my symptoms and order an MRI, and then explained the MRI results to me. Good care instructions and understands, unlike the small town podiatrists I've seen before, that your life can't stop for a foot injury.

I incurred a devastating set of breaks and complete shearing off of my right ankle in an accident in Antarctica. Despite the fact that it was 8 &1/2 days before I could get to treatment Dr Craig Thomajon saw me , analyzed the situation and did a brilliant surgery. He followed my healing process carefully and at all times exhibited empathy and caring. He is top notch!

Dr. Thomajan is arrogant, condescending and rude. There are plenty of podiatrists in town. No need to suffer that kind of treatment.

I already recommend this doctor to family and friends, he is very skilled and very kind and I am not an easy patient.
