I can’t say enough good things about Foot Envy! I had been dealing with a painful callus on my pinky toe and a stubborn callus or corn under my foot for almost a year. The pain made everyday activities uncomfortable, and running was becoming a challenge.From the moment I walked into the office, the staff was welcoming and professional. The podiatrist was knowledgeable, efficient, and explained everything clearly. In less than 30 minutes, I walked out with instant relief! It was like the pain had never been there.I went for a run today, and for the first time in a long time, I felt amazing; no discomfort at all. I’m beyond grateful for the care I received at Foot Envy. If you’re struggling with foot pain, don’t wait—this place is a game-changer! Highly recommend.

I had come in with heel pain and didn't know how this happened. Dr. Udall said I had Plantar fasciitis. He gave me a Cortisone shot in my heel and suggested I get some insoles for my shoes and some better shoes than what I had. He explained everything to me and I purchased some insoles from his office and it was the best thing I could have done for my hurting heel. Great job to the ladies up front for being professional and nice.

Very disappointed with this place. Had an appointment with Dr Craig Udall to have my son’s toenail removed. The nail was injured and damaged. That was the whole purpose of the appointment… which I specifically specified when I made the appointment. Dr Udall took us to this room where only one seat was available.. he basically looked at the nail and said “eventually it’s going to fall off in a month to 6 months”… 3min appointment. Very unsatisfied. I wanted the nail removed! He was over booked and had no time. Instead said if you want the nail remove just make another appointment. Really! Went for toenail removal and it wasn’t done. But yes I will be charge full service.

I was dealing with a long history of ingrown toenails and truly suffered in pain from them. We tried partial avulsion and it didn’t help. I wanted to be done with my nail for good, so he removed the nail and used the chemical to stop it from growing back, he told me he was using a generous amount in order to ensure it wouldn’t come back. Dr. Udall was kind and understood that I was just done with trying to deal with my nail. It’s been over 2 years now and I have a pain free toe, no nail, no complications. Forever will be grateful for what he did for me.

I was able to get an appointment the same day on a Friday when I called concerned about an infection from an ingrown toenail. All staff was outstanding! Dr. Udall thoroughly explained the cause and treatment and did a procedure to resolve current issue and to remedy recurrences. I am grateful for the immediate care and the results of the procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Udall. Many thanks to him and his staff!

He took good care of us during a second-opinion visit and subsequent treatment. My husband had very questionable treatment from another local podiatrist and Dr. Udall immediately took care of him and resolved the problem.

I think Dr. Udall is amazing! About 5 years ago my primary care physician referred me to Dr. Udall because of a problem I was having. After many attempts to prevent surgery, Dr. Udall said I needed surgery on that foot. I later needed another surgery. My experience with Dr. Udall has been very pleasant and i have found him to be extremely caring, very knowledgeable in podiatry, very kind and every time he enters the examining room, he has a big smile from ear to ear. That immediately puts a patient, that is having foot pain, relax. I simply cannot say enough positive things about this fabulous young physician. I know his parents must be very proud of him! I loved DrUdall. He is smart, kind and caring. Knows his stuff. I hope his staff is better here than they were at IMS. I’m glad he’s still local. Now I pray he takes my insurance

Everyone at office is outstanding! Never had to wait long. Dr.Udall is a God send ! I came to Dr.Udall from the care clinic..I had metal plates in my left ankle and was infected.. I had been on antibiotics for about year or so..I could barely stand on my foot.. Dr.Udall thought the same thing as I did.. the plates must come out! They were the cause of my pain...he was the first doctor who listened to me.. Now two months later.. it's healthy and I can ware real shoes again! He's truly a God send! I can't thank you enough!

Dr. Udall was fabulous!!! He and his staff were kind and very friendly! I would recommend them in anyone!

I saw him for "maybe" 5 minites. He did not review ANY of my medical history with me. He sat in a chair 5 ft. away and didn't look at my foot. I told him my symptoms & that's how he made his diagnosis & advised me that he cant do anything for me. For the money I spent, they should refund 75% because I got about 25% of his attention.

Terrible, horrible, avoid this Dr. and his clinic at all costs. I was referred to this Dr. by my primary care doc. I reserved the visit, was called the day before, a voice mail was left that my visit was cancelled due to an issue with my insurance. Needless to say, my insurance company was unaware of this issue, I spent over 3 hours on the phone with this clinic, bounced around from staff to staff, the practice managers, Jason and Mary, both promised to call me back, so far, never have and my appointment was never rescheduled. Never mind that my personal information was left on a public voice mail.

Great doctor came in with a infected wound and he treated it and saw fast results and I’m more then thankful with him . 5 stars forsure

I went to see Dr. Udall for a toenail issue. Without even doing anything on my toe or prescribing anything, he told me I was fine. Let alone I waited for him to show up for 40 minutes, but he billed me $304 for doing nothing!!!! Great disappointment! Do not go to this doctor, ever!

I was impressed with the office (new building), the fact that we got in to see the Dr. at our scheduled appointment time (no waiting) and the Dr. was very friendly and patient. Unfortunately, I've tried 3 times to schedule an appointment for another family member and have been put straight thru to "hold". I think the last time I gave it about 15 minutes of the worst music I've ever experienced before I hung up. Really liked the Dr....worst scheduling ever.

Dr. Udall is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor. Have been fighting foot problems for several years and in just a couple of visits he has made my foot so much better. Would highly recommend.

Dr Udall assisted with my ankle reconstruction with Village Podiraty. Dr Udall answered all my questions, and was extremely compassionate. 16 weeks post op and I am well on the way to a full recovery. I have never felt better, thanks to Dr Udall. I am forever grateful!
