My son has some eczema issues, we've seen doctors a few times, improved our routine skin care, and this time it's getting worse so we went to urgent care to get answers to specific questions. - Not addressing questions, just read handout: The doctor came in without taking a close look at my son's skin to understand the problem or read nurse notes. Nor does she allow any time for questions from parents. After I briefly talked about the situation of my son's eczema she started reading the various hand out about eczema in a very fast speed. When I tried to switch the topic to ask questions, she still implied that my son's problem is caused by routine care and thus she need to read the hand out. - Not respecting patients: When there is a question of whether a specific cream was helpful or not, I mentioned that I need to text father for a confirmation and the doctor doesn't allow that because she is busy (after she spend all the time reading the hand out)
