Dr. Penney was on weekend call when I was in hospital after a stroke and clot. He took time to explain what had happened and treated me like a person, not just a case. He was honest and open to answering my questions. His demeanor and level of professional expertise was a gift in a scary situation.

Dr. Penney knows more than his trade but how to take care of his patients I know he is in big demand for his time and this positive review will not help him but his excellent work should not go un notice. We are lucky to have the caliber of Doctor in our area just remember that the hospital need to take care of his needs as well.
