Dr. Goodman was very pleasant. He talked to me and my husband about the procedure and what to expect. He took his time and I didn't feel rushed. He answered all our questions and really relieved my anxiety before the procedure. Then, before I knew it he had already finished the procedure. I didn't even think he had started yet! He talked with me and my husband again after the procedure to let us know everything went well and answered a couple more questions from my husband. We are very thankful!

Very poor. Horrible bedside manner. I was left without any confidence in his skills, and felt completely uncared for by his lack of interpersonal skills or general caring for my wellbeing.
