Dr Cynthia M Jones is the most compassionate Dr I ever met. She knows how to listen and response to her patients whole heartedly. She will always go extra mile to make you feel better ????. I was so grateful to have her during a very difficult phase of my life. Then she was my breast doctor at JMC. Dr, am so proud of you and will ever be grateful to you for your excellent service. Once your patient .??

I recommend Dr. Jones! She also came highly recommended to me by some of my close friends that work at Newton hospital. I went to Dr. Jones for a second opinion as I was desperate for someone to help with my pain and to find answers to what was causing me to be sick all the time. That is exactly what she did. Dr. Jones is the first doctor out of the many doctors I felt who heard me. Took the time to do her research looking through my years of medical tests and history to find answers. I had a diagnostic appendectomy a week ago today, and I feel amazing. I can only give her a huge emotional thank you and give her the highest recommendation. I look forward to seeing how my quality of life is now that Dr. Jones has helped me get better.

I saw Dr. Jones this winter, with a CT Scan and report from an ER to diagnose if I had a hernia. She strongly stated I didn't and prescribed unwarranted gall bladder tests that I am still paying for with no positive result. The pain subsided for a while and returned recently. I saw another specialist who, reading the same report substantiated I DID IN FACT have a hernia and needed surgery, which I had. This problem could have been corrected months ago, if diagnosed correctly by Dr. Jones

Uncomfortable consultation. Doctor had my results and did not call back on three separate occasions. The last two times I was promised a call the same day and she never called me back. At that point I decided to switch to a different surgeon.
