Last year (Mar-May 2020) when Dr. Martin was still with LVHN, I unknowingly came down with COVID-19. At the time, because it was March and early in the pandemic, I was tested instead for the flu, for which I had tested negative. I was then sent home, as I did not have any life-threatening symptoms, and told to monitor myself and let Dr. Martin know if I continued to be unwell. Well, I continued to be unwell and with great concern for my health and afraid for my family's health, I reached out to Dr. Martin for help and guidance; asking to be tested, how to ensure the safety of my husband, my family, and my 95-year-old mother. She never replied. Nothing. No return call, no response to my emails. Nothing. Silence. It was very apparent that my health concerns were not her concern. Despicable. Do not rely on her to care about your wellbeing. She is unreliable and the worst of the worst. Shame on you, Dr. Martin! I will not be changing my review nor will I ever go to St. Luke's for care.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE – Feb 11, 2021

Dr. Martin is as sharp as a tack. She's compassionate and kind, personable and professional. She knows medicine inside and out and she and her staff are all top notch. However, one thing bothers me enormously. If others find out how good she is, she might run out of room for me!

Dr. Martin is one of the best doctors I've ever had. She takes the time to listen, she asks questions, and I've never felt rushed. Dr. Martin is also personable and friendly. I trust her implicitly. She will not try to force meds on you and goes over all your options along with pros and cons of each. I feel lucky to have found her!

Wonderful Physician. Really takes the time to understand your issue and speaks WITH you not at you providing information and direction related to your medical issue. Always pleasant disposition and attitude.
