Won’t return
First time there and the staff was talking behind the glass for several minutes before acknowledging my husband. Nurse called my daughter back. Did not smile or introduce herself. We were the first appointment but the Dr was running late. She was very rushed and at one point rude. We were still trying to let her know what was going on with our daughter as her hand was on the door walking out. An echocardiogram was supposed to be ordered for a child but it kept being ordered for an adult. That never got scheduled. We will not return.

I switched primary care physicians because I started to have issues getting in when I needed to. ( once a year at best). She assured me this wouldn't be a problem at her practice. This proved to be extremely false. The first time it happened and I couldn't get in, I had the flu. I decided to give her another try. I got in within 5 days the second time for severe stomach pain , but once there, she didn't have time to address all my concerns because the appointment "was not scheduled correctly"
