Absolutely not. Unprofessional, inefficient, rushed the visit after I was kept waiting for 2 hours.

Have gone to other Neurologists before. Dr. Sloan is the 1st to actually care. I had given up before going to her. Before her I was on outdated RX for migraines that was making me dizzy. My pcp was no help. Have been seeing her for 5 years now. Highly recommend. Seeing some of the reviews I'm saddened @ some of the ones about wait times. I tried to get a friend who was having seizures to see Dr. Sloan. He refused due to these reviews on wait times. His PCP said he was not having seizures, nothing to worry about. He sadly continued having them. He hit his head, passed away in March. I think people focus on reviewing negative. I also have another friend I did encourage to see her. He told me he had a seizure during the exam, woke up w/ the entire clinic holding him so he would not hurt himself or others. So his appt that would have been much shorter became much longer. HIPPA prevents the DR from telling all the patients all the things. I'd rather wait & get proper care.

I had headaches and “fuzzy brain” for years but no dr could provide a diagnosis. Dr Sloan was thorough, professional and very caring. She took the necessary tests and took time to understand my issues before providing a diagnosis. I’m currently taking medications and my symptoms are dissolving. No other neurologist has taken the time and I’ve suffered. I would highly recommend dr Sloan. She truly made my life bearable:

This woman is an absolute nut case. She makes you wait for hours depending on when she feels like coming to work, and then she GOOGLES things while her dog wanders around the "exam room" which feels more like a spa waiting room. I have a chronic condition that I've had for 12 years and have been to over 20 doctors for help with it. She didn't examine me or listen to my symptoms... just threw prescriptions at me. She is very rude to patients and even more so to her staff. Do not go to her!!

This has to be the worst experience ever with a doctor. Her staff is very rude on the phone, verifying insurance was at best a nightmare. I made the majority of calls to my insurance company to insure coverage and not pay out of pocket 640.08. Finally make the appt, have the EEG and get ready for my son to go into a room for results when he tells me to come along they refused and kicked us out. I wasted an entire day and time and energy to get nowhere! Be warned people!

I would recommend Dr Sloan. She is very professional as well as her staff. We moved to Texas to have him under her care due to the lack of care in florida. She was able to get my husband healthy again and looking towards having a full life. They are always there if you need them (Dr, Staff, and techs). She takes her time to know the patient and about your symptoms with your condition. Not only is Dr Sloan my angel but the staff as well. I would highly recommend them without a doubt.

Dr. Sloan has been such a blessing to our family! She takes as much time as is needed to diagnose your illness! She is a brilliant doctor, and will dig into your issues when other doctors give up!. Our time waiting for our appointment was because the patient before us took a while, but we were prepared because the scheduler told us each patient gets as much time as needed to complete the visit and to bring materials to keep us busy. The office is beautiful and clean.

Nothing good to say about this practice. Dr. has no professional manners. Walks in testing room and starts test. never introduced herself. She could have been a janitor for all we knew. Get you in, get you out and gets your money. Been waiting three weeks for medical report so we can get a review and second opinion. Was told two weeks ago that it had been sent to PCP. Yesterday was told that it was EM'ed then. Today was told report's not ready. Would not refer anyone to this Dr!!

Dr Sloan is by far the best neurologist I've ever had. However, take a book or a pillow for a nap because you will wait 1-3 hours from your appointment time to see her. However, when other neurologists told me I was fine, she noticed things and ran tests that came back abnormal and clearly indicated a problem. Without her I may have suffered some serious brain damage. Go to her, but take a day off work and plan on making a day of it.
