Terrible bedside manners
I would leave a longer review and detail my visit with Willingham, but I am too ill to do so. I will just say this...if a doctor who has good bedside manners is important to you, than Willingham is NOT the doctor for you. He is loud, arrogant, and has no compassion. When you're not feeling well, the last thing you need is a loud obnoxious doctor. UPDATE.... 5 days after seeing Willimgham, I ended up in ER (8 days after initially becoming ill) and was admitted to the hospital for 2 days because of a bad infection which required IV fluids and antibiotics. Willingham blew me off 5 days previously, telling me that whatever it was would pass on its own and any testing I inquired about would be pointless. If you're looking for a good doctor, look elsewhere, he isn't worth your time!

The kindest, sweetest, loveliest, gentle doctor
Dr. Willingham's root cause analysis and due diligence are outstanding. He spends substantial time with me every visit, listening to me. He’s curious and patient as we thoroughly discuss our thoughts on the issues and solutions. His recommendations are insightful, helpful and wise. We laugh a lot, which helps when dealing with persistently stressful situations. I feel safe discussing the most difficult or embarrassing things. My kids and I have been seeing him for almost 10 years. I am confident in his care. He is the most perfect doctor I’ve ever had. *His nurses are consistently awesome, personable and professional. *The administrative staff is consistently lovely. *I typically wait for less than 10 minutes. I appreciate the de-stressing cues in the waiting room videos.
