Doctor Liao seems to be a decent doctor, but his staff are terrible, when you make an appointment it will be canceled on you multiple times, that is my experience, they blame it on covid-19 then they made up a lie that stated that I decided not to attend a pulmonary function test when the doctor wasn't there, that is not true at all they never offered me a pulmonary function test they just canceled my appointments one after another four times. They told me the doctor was doing rotations for another doctor. I received a letter from my insurance company after finally agreements with them regarding the doctor's office and my appointments being canceled. The doctor's office just made up excuse after excuse and then made a lie on top of it. the last time I had seen the doctor he said he wanted me to have a pulmonary function test right away, but when I made the appointment it was canceled not once but four times, I say is this a doctor that really cares about his patients ?

I am caretaker for my wife. Our experiance with Dr. Liao was disgusting. He is what I call a " rent a doctor " to the practice. He spends limited time, probably timed with the patient. His diagonosis may be correct but not explained. He pushes a name brand drug, releases patient information to the manafacturer to get free medication or copay assistance when in our case the medication is covered by our insurance with a minimal co pay. His staff that is the receptionist, medical assistants, others to include the office manager are rude, incompetent, disgusting. They force free joining the manafacturer group for frre of subsisided copay. Dr. Liao is an employee to his staff. We found another specialist who runs circles around Dr. Liao. If Dr. Liao is the top doctor he thinks he is he needs to change practice. This practice will destroy him.

Dr. Liao, extraordinary young Doctor, who evokes confidence. I recently had to have a biopsy on my right lung and immediately realized a complete confidence in the doctor and in the procedure he was going to perform on me. I am very grateful to have been treated by him.
