Waited 1 month for an appointment. Get a voicemail 3 days before letting me know she isn't accepting NEW PATIENTS, okay that would have been nice to know a MONTH ago! Absolutely terrible. Then I get a call on the day I scheduled asking if I was still coming to my appointment.. well I received a voicemail telling me she wasn't accepting new patients.. Do they know what they are doing at this practice? I wouldn't trust these people with my health concerns, they can't even get scheduling in order.

Dr. Patel really listens and addresses all your concerns. She provides options for her patients and lets them decide what is best treatment for them. She does not push anything, including vaccines. She takes the time to listen and shows compassion. When I told her my insurance would not cover a high cost prescription, she provided options for me that worked out and did not cost me a fortune.

Dr. Patel was very knowledgeable, attentive and informative. Her staff is excellent and responds to questions in a very timely manner. I visited only once but was quite impressed.

Such a great Doctor! She is patient, knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to you. She has a great bedside manner and seems to really care about her patients. The office staff and nurses are friendly and helpful.
