Great Doctor. I have been going to her for years. She listens to you and explains everything. The staff is really friendly and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Dr. Saavedra is very professional. She is very thorough and I'm so glad I found her. Her office staff is very kind and helpful. If I call, the call is always returned graciously. They are anxious to make me comfortable and take good care of me. I read other reviews and wonder if they even went to the same doctor I did.

The receptionist and nurse are very nice, but the other office staff are unfriendly and condescending if you question your bill. They are smart and you are not. They refused to have the doctor look over and resubmit my claim, even though the insurance company asked for it to be resubmitted. In fact, they would not even tell me whether the doctor even knew about (or looked at) it. I had to call my insurance company again to see if it was resubmitted. It was not.

Poor and unprofessional service . Office associates rude and nasty . They schedule you one time and then reject to see a doctor because you late . But when you waiting hours in the office and mont for next appointment don't count . Don't waste you time with this one . you will not get any help .
