I had to wait 90 minutes past my appointment time to see the doctor, but my visit was excellent. But during a precious visit the PA, David, was extremely rude and dismissive, and was just going through the motions. I felt very depressed after seeing the PA. My experience with Dr Kiker has always very positive, but you can never contact him anymore. For 2 weeks I have been trying to get a replacement for a medication that I had a violent reaction to, and was told I had to discuss it with the PA, not the doctor. Every day they say “David” will call me, but he never does. I have been without my pain medication now for 18 days, and my condition is severe. I feel abandoned.

I was so impressed with the care and time Dr Kiker spent with me. I've been in pain since I fell 4 months ago and left feeling someone really cared about my health. Most Drs in CA are not proactive but this facility understand I want to be as healthy as I can be. Dr Kiker explained everything carefully and laid out a plan. I am very grateful I found Spanish Hills Pain Management and Dr Kiker.

Dr. Kiker performed an epidural for pain management on my lower back 6 days ago. I was not impressed with the location nor the receptionist or her announcement that a $300 co-pay was due (Being for-warned would have been nice). So we got off to a bad start. But I must say Dr Kikers compassionate bedside manner, Dr. Wolfsohn (who starting my IV in 2 sec flat with little to no pain THANK GOD!) and their nurses were super friendly, welcoming and very professional! I’m happy to recommend them.

I did my background check on this doctor and I felt the need to inform the public about this bad doctor....we have a pretend physician that lives to charge incredible amounts of money when everyone thinks he is helping them. My experience has been one bill scam after another. I looked into pain management elsewhere and could not believe how much money I was being charged at this pain clinic. Half of the time I did not even see him.

Dr Kiker seemed nice. However, due to my insurance (I believe), I could only make appointments with his PA who was rude to me more often than not. I would not recommend Dr. Kiker due to his PA's inability to treat me with the respect & dignity all human beings deserve. The last straw: I scheduled a procedure with Dr. Kiker, but his surgery center had me scheduled with a different doctor that I had declined to use when they asked. The office claims it was an error, but they lost my trust.

I have been a patient for 7 years. Dr Kicker takes are if my ibtrathecal pump. Several years ago following an auto accident I had problems with the pump and experienced withdrawal saymtom from the medications upon which I was dependent. Dr Kicker immediately helped me regain my comfort. He is a very kind and compassionate physician and I am grateful for his knowledge and expertise.

Dr. Kiker is unlike any doctors I have met. While being extremely knowledgeable and cutting edge he is also just as personable. He takes the time to put me at ease and explain the true nature of my pain and the best ways of treatment. I am excited and have hope for the first time. I'd highly recommend him and the practice to others especially if you are a long time chronic pain sufferer.

They won't call you back AFTER the procedure. I have called 5 times over 3 weeks and no one has called me back (I even spoke with the office manager). The assistant wouldn't call me back either. Very unprofessional. I had adipose stem cells $2,500 and it did not improve my condition. They called me immediately BEFORE they received my money. Very unprofessional follow up.

Seems Nice and knowledgable, however doesn't follow through. I was seen by him once, then seen by an assistant then a nurse practitioner who has failed miserably at treatment. I continue to be in agonizing pain as prescriptions are screwed up, calls to the office are NOT returned, new prescriptions are written wrongly and I have to return to the office time and again. Unfortunately the medical insurance I have gives me limited choices. This clinic is NOT recommended and I will leave it ASAP.
