Everyone in the office was very nice, but it was like a factory. The front desk seemed very harried. I was constantly being moved from this room to that room, back and forth to the waiting area twice, saw two technicians -- and the doctor for a grand total of maybe three minutes. I was a new patient and she blew through my medical records in about 30 seconds and did a very rushed, cursory exam. Didn't ask me if I had any questions or concerns, just pretty much darted out. After I'd been there for an hour and a half for a simple exam. At my old doc's office it was 15 minutes and in that short time I felt I got far more attention and care. Might give it one more try, but I don't like feeling like I'm on an assembly line.

Dr. Nagel's exceptional credentials alone would be enough to recommend her to family and friends, but she brings so much more to her patients. A compassionate physician who worked with me to design the most affordable treatment for an uninsured friend's cataracts - patiently answered all of our questions, diagnosed and treated an unrelated condition which, if left untreated, could have resulted in total blindness - we feel incredibly fortunate to have found her.
