Dr. Dalia Olivier, MD

Dalia Olivier's office was consistently rude, unreliable, and often wouldn't file my prescriptions in a timely manner. I wound up not being able to access vital medication for 2 months because of her office's incompetence.

Dalia Olivier is possibly THE worst, most irresponsible doctor, more or less psychiatrist we've ever been to. The first alarm was that in a city like New York, where the cutting edge or research on PTSD is being conducted she hadn't even heard of EMDR therapy. We were in shock but continued anyway, advising her to get more information. My wife has been in the ER 3 times under her care in just over a year and she got her addicted to Klonopin Run screaming from Dr. Olivier.

I arrived for my appointment in Astoria office on time, however was told by receptionist that Dr. Olivier stepped outside to grab some food. After waiting for 20 mins the doctor finally came to the office and went to her room to have a lunch. I waited another 10 mins asking the receptionist if the doctor was aware that I was waiting to see me. Without getting a clear answer I left the office. It was such a waste of my time on Saturday. I have never met such an unprofessional doctor in NYC. D-.
