Dr. Kingsbury reviewed my imaging today and took the time to thoroughly explain the cause of my pain, along with the best next steps for treatment. I didn’t feel rushed, which has been rare in my experience with other physicians lately.

Knowledgeable and caring Dr
Dr. Kingsbury is personable, empathetic and truly takes the time to understand the concerns of his patients. He is extremely knowledgeable, curious and attentive. I was so impressed by Dr Kingsbury’s care, I even referred my sister to him who also had a great experience!

A+++
Dr Kingsbury checks every box. He listens, has a great positive energy, and is one of the smartest and open minded doctors I have met. I really gets to the root of the problem and doesn't just slap a bandaid on the issue. He seems to constantly learn and evolve as the medical landscape changes, always staying ahead of the curve. Highly recommend!

The best doctor ever
Dr. Kingsbury is highly knowledgable, thorough, and a great listener. After seeing many doctors for my chronic plantar fasciitis pain, he confirmed with imaging that I did not have a tear and put me on the path to recovery.

My husband was misdiagnosed by Dr. Kingsbury -- likely b/c he refused to order an MRI. When another doctor ordered it (at Columbia), she found a tumor that required surgery. What if we hadn't sought a second opinion?

Nothing serious, simply trigger finger. However, I'm a pianist, so this was important to me to get some answers. Dr. Kingsbury gave me all the time and attention I needed, showing me exactly what was going on and giving me options for ameliorating the condition, so I am extremely grateful and totally satisfied with his help.

Dr. Kingsbury misdiagnosed me as having hamstring tendonitis and prescribed physical therapy for pain in my pelvis. After doing physical therapy for several months without getting better I returned. Dr. K recommended more physical therapy then said he would let me have an MRI just so he could prove to me that there were no other issues. The MRI revealed fluid build up in the sacroiliac joint which required meeting with a Rheumatologist who diagnosed me with ankylosing spondylitis. When Dr. K called to tell me about these results, he talked primarily about how none of this was his fault. Very disappointing.

I saw Dr. Kingsbury over 18 months for 2 different issues. He is good at administering shots and using ultrasound. He then told me to stop coming. He claimed that I was not exercising enough, which was absolutely false. He kept saying I wasn’t getting well bc my PT was bad and insisted I see his PT, which my insurance didn’t cover. I spent $500 out of pocket to see his PT, who showed me the same exercises that my regular PT had. So I was going to PT 4x/week in addition to home exercises. I had radically changed my diet too. Dr. K expected the PT to cure me and was unwilling to help me anymore. A year later, I’m still in pain. I resent doctors like Dr. K. won’t listen to and refuse to help patients who are indeed working hard.

Dallas Kingsbury M.D. is a very average specialist whose non medical staff that are responsible for, inter alia, making appointments, did in a one week period telephone me a total of sixteen(16) time to: make an appointment; change the appointment; cancel the appointment, and did this continuously; finally stating they could not get an approval. I telephoned my insurance company who made the approval and related this to his staff who once again continued to: make; change; break the appointment.
