Saw him as a follow up after an urgent care visit for my ankle. Spent less than 5 minutes to tell me it was sprained, cause I didn't assume that since I was limping. Said I should do physical therapy but it won't help much. Charge my insurance $800 .

Didn't do an examination even with history of joint issues. Sent me to therapy and therapist sent me back to him. Again didn't examine and felt like I was rushed out. Horrible doctor

I saw Mr Kosempa for a shoulder injury that happened 3 weeks ago. He spent less than 5 minutes with me, he didn't ask any questions and dismissed my pain and limited mobility by stating "things could be worse." He told me not to do anything that caused pain and left the room so quickly I didn't have time to react. A PA hand me a packet of 18 exercise that I can't do due pain and limited mobility. The packet included an MRI referral and a suggestion that I return in 4 weeks for a followup? My 8.20 appointment was over by 8.34-which included a short chat with a PA, changing into a gown, waiting for the doctor, getting dressed and being handed the packet from a second PA. I paid a $60 co-pay to be dismissed.

Excellent. Very positive experience. He provided me with a very positive outlook toward my healing going forward. Friendly, great bedside manner. He was very prepared & knew details of my injury.

Dr Kosempa has a great bed side manner, is very attentive to my condition, provides excellent medical care and explains everything so I understand what will happen and what to expect.

He just called. The guy just called me, HIMSELF, to check how I was doing. Doctors do that? And he was, get this, FRIENDLY. I almost didn't know how to react. I haven't had a doctor call to check up on me since I had a pediatrician. And I've had doctors who have made a whole heck of a lot more money off of my set of injuries than with this recent hip surgery, which he executed and explained flawlessly, by the way. Those other doctors never cared to call yet Dr. Damien Kosempa did.
