Dr. Clines always make you feel comfortable and at ease. He makes you feel that he genuinely cares about you and your well-being.

Initial contact is front desk (Tina), who was pleasant young lady. Unfortunately I can't remember everyone's name but the entire staff and nursing team was awesome! Mary, Katie, with about 3 others. All knowledgeable & very professional. Dr. Clines has great bedside & makes sure the patient gets answers. If only All medical experiences were such...GOD Bless this team

As a retired Family Nurse Practitioner, I may have been a bit of an atypical patient with valid questions and concerns about the procedures my primary doctor wanted me to have done. During my initial visit, Dr. Clines sat down and really LISTENED to my concerns, then addressed each one with honesty while using evidence-based facts and data to answer my questions. At the end of the visit, I felt I'd been "heard"and given the confidence I needed to make the best decisions for my health. Then to my surprise he called me the night before my procedures to make sure I was OK. His bedside manner, knowledge, skill and competence are second to none.

I was past due for a colonoscopy and in need of a new gastroenterologist. My sister referred me to Dr. Clines and assured me that I would be in good hands. My first impression of Dr. Clines and his office personnel was a very positive one. I was able to get an appointment in a timely manner and my colonoscopy was scheduled within a week. The night before my procedure, Dr. Clines called me to see if I had any questions and to put my mind at ease. Needless to say, I wasn’t accustomed to that kind of personal care from most physicians. I immediately felt comfortable with him and knew I was “in good hands!” I have been a patient of Dr. Clines for about ten years now and have the utmost confidence in his expertise, skill, and care for me as a patient. He’s very personable and values his patients - always treating them with the greatest respect. I highly recommend Dr. Clines to anyone looking for a doctor who treats, not only the physical well-being, but emotional, as well!

I went to Dr Clines and found both he and his staff to be very professional. However, after having an endoscopy and waiting nearly 3 weeks for a diagnosis he rendered an incorrect diagnosis. I had suffered many years with the condition he diagnosed and had gotten rid of it; these symptoms were all together different from what he diagnosed that is why I knew that his diagnosis was incorrect. When I brought it to his attention he was dismissive and quite arrogant. I would later test positive for something totally different from what he had diagnosed. For this reason, I would not recommend him for treatment.

Clines was very DISRESPECTFUL.I was uncomfortable during our consultation and the experience was VERY UNPLEASANT..I wouldn’t refer my dog to him!!

Scheduled upper endoscopy and colonoscopy within several days based on my schedule. Incredible bedside manner; patient, down to earth. Knowledgeable and conservative in recommendations. At SSM Hospital he commanded respect from the entire staff in the endo center with his personality and confidence. Top Notch! Wife also had screening colonoscopy. SSM Hospital lucky to have him on staff as my only hesitation was the Hospital itself - even as an outpatient. Great experience all around!

Dr Clines and his staff are amazing. After getting my fiancés last GI doctor that only wanted to throw meds at her and play 1-2 month next appointment waiting games, We looked for a new one. She had been to the ER several times with worsening symptoms. His staff was able to get us in the same day. Dr Clines READ her labs, records and LISTENED to us and was truly interested in how she was doing. Outstanding! He quickly sent her for some labs and testing that the last two GI drs failed to do.

I have been a patient of Dr. Clines for 7+ years. He is extremely knowledgable and truly upholds the physicians oath. He has always responded quickly even outside of normal office hours, has a great bedside manner and does not order test, procedures or prescribe unnecessarily. He continued to treat me even when I did not have insurance and lowered his fee's to work with my budget. I highly recommend him to my family, friends and anyone who mentions they need a gastroenterologist.
