Dr Chapel immediately put me at ease with his friendly down to earth manner.He took his time and explained everything in detail and showed me the CAT scanand explained it. It was more like a visit with a friend instead of a Dr visit. A fantastic Dr

Appointment was rushed. He was answering question as he left the room. He didn't seem to take anything I said seriously. The audiologists' testing was not as complete as others I've had done.

Myself and my children have seen Dr. Chapel and have had him perform our surgeries. He did a severe tongue tie revision on my daughter when she was 10 days old. He did it right in the office and the help it provided my daughter was instant! As for me he did a tonsillectomy on me as an adult- while the recovery was difficult he was with me every step of the way and made me feel like I was truly important to him! He place ear tubes for my son and I can't imagine having taken him to anyone else!

Took forever to get my tonsils checked and charged me for a procedure I was unaware of. Overall this place have terrible service.

After seeing me about 3 times, performing a procedure to drain my sinuses, he claimed he still couldnt figure out why my ear was in pain and ringing. NOT once did he even look in my ears. He only used the instrument to look into my sinuses with a tube up my nose. Also, he sees multiple patients at his office at the same time. He leaves you to go get something and pops into another room . You can hear it. In the end dr c recommended I go see an allergist before I return to him. I won't return
