The doctor is great, spends time with you and cares. The staff is the friendliest I have ever had in a medical setting. They care and try to help however they can. I love this office!

Very unfriendly. No follow up at all. Gave me med that doubled metformin after I told him I couldn't tolerate it. Then insisted on changing med even though I told him I was having stomach problems and couldn't tolerate new meds. Had bad reaction but he wasnt open for 3 days causing extreme stress. Said to my face he would submit prior authorization but lied and asked pharmacist to submit letter that I refused to try other drugs. I told him 3 other doctors put it through but he still wouldnt. It's my legal right to get only drug that works but he ignores this and puts me in danger. He has told pharmist he wont do it and I'll have to when he knows I cant and it takes months to get new doctor here. Medicare agreed with me and I am in process of filing complaints. DO NOT GO TO THIS UNCARING DOCTOR. HE NEEDS TO RETIRE. The medical board will hear about this also

The doctor is good. He seemed nice on the first visit and took his time. But his staff were the worst I've ever experienced, and in this town, that is saying a lot. Most people seem to have a lot of bad things to say about the people working in the doctor offices. Dr. Dunn's is especially horrible. Rude, snapped when simple questions were asked, the nurse doing the questions (Kathy?) was awful. Zero bedside manner. Dr Dunn seems completely unaware of what his staff is doing or how they are acting. Really rotten service. I will not go back just because of them. Doesn't he ever monitor them? He needs cameras on them at all times to see for himself.

Dr. Dunn is a nice man, Christian, and I have no trouble with him. However, his staff is the reverse. They are the worst I have ever seen, hands-down, anywhere in the country where I have been. Rude, incompetent, can't do their jobs correctly. They keep Dr. Dunn in the dark, as well, about their mistakes. It got so bad that I found another doctor. I was sorry not to see him anymore, but to have to put up with their rudeness and mistakes and then to see them refuse to correct anything is too much. My insurance company contacted them directly telling them to fix what they did, and they refused to do so. I will be pushing this higher up the chain to report behavior like this to the medical authorities. Just be aware that it could easily happen to you, too. Total incompetence justified by their lack of manners or empathy for the patient. It's a sad situation that is occurring. No wonder he is always looking for new patients, yet he has no idea about what they are doing.

Very good - thorough, kind, gave me confidence, etc. I have been around from NY to FL to CA and Dr. Dunn is by far the best. I remember one time some years ago, I told him I probably needed prayer about an issue. He prayed over me! That prayer made me feel so good and confident and sure enough the physical issue that I had for years, the pain I thought I would live with the rest of my life, went away!

Dr. Dunn is an old fashioned Dr. who takes the time needed with each patient and really listens to what they say. He's a dying breed but someone who I feel confident in recommending.
