He discovered my aortic heart valve was a problem. Probably saved my life…Had artificial aortic valve put in. Doing well.

Set up an appoint and though I did not receive a confirmation call prior to the appointment, I went as scheduled. When I arrived and checked in, I was told they did not have me scheduled. The receptionist then stated, "Oh, that's right, the doctor declined your referral." SERIOUSLY?!? I asked why I did not receive any phone calls and was told, "We tried several times to contact you, but didn't leave a message." What kind of a business does NOT leave a message??"

I had been going to Dr Mirza for awhile and until recently everything was fine. Just lately he is unorganized as well as his staff which isn't the same, he is indecisive and unprepared. The staff had changed my appointment 4x within a month because Dr Mirza was out of town, and then after all that called the afternoon before my appt to cancel me because my referral had expired, told me I had to see my PCP again for a new one! No one was very apologetic at all. Very disappointed with all!
