Rude office staff as well as Dr. Brenner was very dismissive and uncaring. Would not recommend to anyone.

Horrible
If I could give 0 stars I would have. In March of last year my water broke too early and when being seen at the hospital to confirm one of the first things out of Dr. Brenner’s mouth was “unfortunately this baby still has a heartbeat.” That baby, my beautiful son, held on for another five weeks and then lived for six hours after being born. I’ll never forget hearing those words. They’re a permanent part of the hellscape that grieving him has been. Dr. Brenner is an insult to her profession and an absolute stain on the Argen medical practice.

Please do not see Dana Brenner
Absolutely no bedside manner, She is extremely rude and belittling when you ask questions and leaves you feeling as if you cannot advocate for yourself. It is scary that someone like her is allowed to practice on pregnant women. (this is my second high risk pregnancy with this practice and I cannot believe how terrible they can make you feel leaving an appointment)

Very bad experience with Dr. Brenner. It’s a shame to even call her a doctor. Having her at Argen Medical makes me reconsider being a patient here. I’m happy Jaclyn is still at this location. Otherwise, I would leave… hoping this office finds new doctors and nurses.

How is she a doctor?
Dana Brenner is a horrible “doctor”. It’s terrifying someone like her can be holding a medical license. She seems very incompetent. She makes the practice look bad by having a staff like her there. I hope Dr. San Roman will take her employment there as a consideration. I hope he finds someone in replacement. She had to look in a book for a medication to prescribe me for my pain. She is very rude and belittles you. My questions were left unanswered, she rushed through the appointment, and didn’t address any of my concerns I repeatedly had mentioned to her. She did not care what I had to say at all. It was a horrible experience.. never again…

Horrible. I am leaving the practice after the experience with her. I don't understand why she is allowed in the practice. it is ruining all the reputation of Argent Medical. She rushes, she has a permanent face of unwelcome, she treats you so rude, she is not willing to check on you, she hates that you ask her questions, and then she wants to pretend she is ok and tries to nice and it comes completely fake and worse. I don't understand why she is a Dr if she doesn't like patients. She definitely took the worst decision of her life by becoming a doctor i guess. It must be a nightmare for her everyday to do something she is obviously unwilling to do. I hope she finds happiness and wish her the best

Rude, rude, rude
Unfortunately will be leaving the practice I have been going to for many years because I do not want her to deliver my next baby. She delivered my first and I had nothing but severe complications afterwards. Not to mention, she was cold hearted and rude the entire time I was being treated in the hospital. Now with my second baby she has again proven to be an incompetent and heartless doctor. So I am officially leaving and going to Stony Brook where I am sure I will be treated better. Avoid this doctor if you can. Everyone else at her practice is wonderful though. I must add I am super easy going as a person and it took a lot of her messing up to get me to this point.

Sadly she just rejoined the practice I go to. I had a terrible experience with her years ago there. I won't see her under any circumstances. She was unable to do a proper exam and was so rude I felt so uncomfortable when I left.

Dr. Brenner is inexcusably rude and judgmental. I left her office feeling degraded and confused. She also appears to be incompetent as she couldn’t pronounce a common medication I am taking. I would not trust her to do a routine pelvic exam, let alone deliver a baby. Avoid at all costs.

I have been a patient of Dr. Brenner for many years and she is wonderful. All three of my daughters see her, as well as my mom, and we always comment how relaxed she is and how she makes us all feel very comfortable. Dr. Brenner is very personable and easy to talk to and we never feel rushed. She is very gentle and professional. I trust her because she knows what she’s doing and she will tell you openly and honestly your health status. I appreciate how she works.

I agree with the comment that Dr. Brenner and her staff are the rudest, most unhelpful people in this town and industry. I had the worst experience ever with them. Never go back to that place.

I have been a patient of Dr. Brenner for over 5 years. She can be short and what some might consider “cold”, but I see it as her being to the point and not being an alarmist. I recently had a baby under her care and she was really wonderful throughout the entire process. My baby girl was delivered safe and sound and I can’t thank Dr. Brenner enough for that! That being said, the office tends to be very busy, and wait times are long. My only complaint!

Dr. Brenner and her staff are the rudest, most unhelpful people in this town and industry. I just moved here from out of state and needed to find an OBGYN to continue administering my birth control shots. She had the biggest attitude which is very frustrating when I am being nice and polite.Dr. Brenner’s approach and demeanor to her patient is unacceptable in this industry. In this field as a patient I need to be able to trust you and feel comfortable which neither she nor her staff made me feel

Dr Brenner was the on call Dr for my OB and because of her malpractice I almost lost my baby. At 37 weeks I was running a fever and having steady contractions for over 24 hours after 2 prior c-sections. She told me there was no issue and let me leave the hospital. Thank God I listened to my gut and went to SB where they delivered before my uterus ruptured. Not only was my uterus severely thinned from the contractions but my son had the core around his neck twice. She also missed that
