Dr. Dana Kerner, DO

Worst interaction with a medical professional in my entire life. Rude and displayed zero empathy or concern. I’m actually amazed she chose the medical field as a profession. In general this is just sad.

Dr Kerner was good for about a year then communication stopped, except thru her assistant, who obviously isn't a doctor. If you ask to speak to Dr Kerner you are told she will call back but she NEVER does. This is like groundhog day with her. Ame stuff every time I yry yo make an appointment. I've had to have other doctors call to get me in the door. She is failing me miserably. I don't know how she gets high ratings from anybody. I was told she was having personal problems. Me too, because I can't talk to or see my doctor to get my medication.

I love Dr Kerner! There isn’t many physicians like her. She is intelligent personable caring and treats her patients like they are her family! My entire family loved her.

Dr. Kerner has a history with my family. She was my stepmom's doctor until her death, she has admitted my father to the hospital, and now she is my doctor. I find her friendly, curious, understanding, and willing to listen as well as advise.

Dr. Kerner is very knowledgeable, helpful and genuinely caring physician. She always gives a good advise and suggests alternatives to a traditional treatment if appropriate. You will never feel rushed while on a visit, she will take her time to listen to you, which is very rare these days. We are fortunate to have found her, she's amazing. If you are in the area, look no further.

Rude

I met Dr. Kerner through a friend. As a breast cancer survivor with newcpain radiating down my arm, my previous doctor advised me it was nothing. Dr Kerner took control, as a primary provider should, and listened to my symptoms and guided me to my surgery at Fox Chase. Had she not listened to her patient, I would not be writing this today after surgery. Her staff, especially Danielle has been prompt, courteous, respectful and kind in addition to their medical knowledge; patient oriented care

She is very personable and makes you feel comfortable. I know she can be trusted and follows through with her patients in every way.

Dr. Kerner is an extremely competent, professional,compassionate and knowledgeable physician. I have been a patient of Dr. Kerner's since 1998 and have recommended her to family and friends and they also agree with me. She does not rush the appointment and takes all the time needed to examine and answer your questions. She is truly a wonderful person and doctor.

Dr. Kerner takes the time to explain what I need and what she is prescribing. She goes above and beyond.
