Dr. Dana Mann, MD

Her practice is getting too big, hard to ever talk to Dr. Mann. She limits time on phone for virtual appointments now. They are moving to Danvers. Asked for help to lose weight....she essentially said it had to be all or nothing: 3 or 4 days working out and eating 'A healthy lifestyle.' I don't want to devote that much time in my life to doing that. She didn't offer a plan with a lower level of commitment.

I instantly felt at ease talking to Dr. Mann because she is extremely patient and diligent. I'm forever thankful for her caring about my mental health and body. I'm exceptional grateful to her phenomenal team who continuously follow up and make sure my needs are met. Thank you, Middleton Family Medicine!

I just came on board as a new patient of Dr. Mann’s. I could not be happier with Dr. Mann and all the staff at Middleton Family Medicine. They are kind, considerate, and genuinely concerned for patients overall health and wellness. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new physician.

This is an extremely poorly run practice. The times I have had to call to get a prescription correct is mind-blowing. Three weeks recently. Before that, I needed a written script. They sent it to the pharmacy. When I came to get it, I was informed for a written script I would need to create an appt. w/ the Dr. (office visit--$$) I asked for the Dr. to call me. It took 19 days to return my call. She denied all of it. AND she claimed she tried to call me several times (we have smartphones, we can see who called and we have messaging capabilities.) If you want to be on hold for 15-25 minutes EVERYTIME you call them—this is the practice for you. If you want to hear excuse after excuse—this is the practice for you. Why, two years after COVID, they are still under-staffed—this is the practice for you. If you want scripts incorrectly sent or not completed at all—this is the practice for you. Choose wisely.

Dr Mann was friendly, gave me time to explain and listened intently. She was quick to come up with an efficient course to to get a diagnosis. That made me feel very comfortable.

Dr. Mann gives me all the time I need. Being someone with anxiety over doctor visits, she's truly fantastic. She's excellent at explaining health issues and treatments. She is thoughtful and compassionate, and she's overall a pleasure to have for my physician.

It was my first appointment and first impression- Dr. Mann was fantastic! Kind, personable, and went out of her way to make me feel at home. She must have said “please feel free to always reach out if you need anything at all” at least 3x’s. This was first appointment with Dr Mann and she did physical examination. She was very kind,soft spoken manner. It was comforting to me that she was very attentive to me and asked questions and then responded to me. She also made referrals for othe specialist who are at the practice which was very helpful for me so I didn't have to go to each one to make appointments. I have a hard time with physical exams especially lady things and Dr Mann was very caring, explained what she was doing and so was a good experience for the situation. Overall very glad that chose Dr Mann for my Pcp. Thank you for your time and caring manner.

Dr Mann is a true professional and is compassionate She has excellent bedside manners and this is evident in the way she listens to her patients and in my case puts me at ease’s with her explanations on my various issues. I am not only a patient , I worked with Dr. Mann for approx 15 years. She is a great, experienced, physician who will take your concerns with special care and empathy. I would recommend if you need a thorough Dr or if you’re looking for a Male doctor as well MFM is a great place for you to be taken seriously and for your health to be considered carefully and professionally.

I’m not a big fan of going to the doctor, but this practice is very considerate of a patient’s time. There’s never more than a few minute wait. Dr. Mann is knowledgeable, patient and interested in any concerns. She has my highest recommendation.

Dr. Mann always listens to any concerns and makes sure to involve specialists if needed. She never fails to follow up and confirm I am receiving the care I need. The extra time she takes with a patient during a visit is appreciated.
